Attendees can fly into the St. George Regional Airport. Red Mountain Resort offers complimentary transportation to/from the resort and the St. George Airport. Please contact the resort to schedule a shuttle. In addition, the Hairy Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, NV (LAS) is a two-hour drive from the Red Mountain Resort. There are shuttle services between Las Vegas and St. George.

Kristine L. Tohtz, DC, DABCA, LAc, Cert.MDT, CACCP, IFMCP
Dr. Kris Tohtz graduated magna cum laude from the National University of Health Sciences in April 2001. While attending chiropractic school, she also began working toward a Diplomate in Acupuncture and in August 2009 received her Diplomate in Acupuncture from the American Chiropractic Association’s. After attending two supervised medical internships in Beijing and Hangzhou, China, she found advanced studies to be warranted and obtained her Master of Science in Acupuncture (MsAc) through the National University of Health Sciences graduating summa cum laude in August 2014. Dr Tohtz is a trained post-partum doula as well as completed an advanced certification in Pregnancy and Pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and she is presently helping the ACA Pediatrics Council as their Diplomate Educational Co-Coordinator for which she won Pediatric Chiropractor of the Year 2023. She also successfully completed training to become a practitioner in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and holds a specialty teaching certificate from Association of College and University Educators (ACUE). She teaches continuing education to healthcare practitioners of all types on the topics of acupuncture, dry needling, pregnancy, nutrition, and pediatric care. She has also earned a certification through the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She has served the ACA Acupuncture Council in all positions for over 10 years and served on the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations Acupuncture Board for 6 years.
Dr. Tohtz has been a clinician for over 23 years and is the owner and lead clinician at Serenity Family Wellness, a managing partner at Fusion Care, LLC, the Educational Co-Coordinator for the ACA Pediatric Council’s Diplomate Program and is a Chiropractic Physician and practicing Chiropractic Physician and acupuncturist though the Veteran Administration at Post St. Lucie, Florida. In her free time, she loves hiking, gardening, cooking and spending time with her husband and dog.
Sasha Hope, MS, DCN
Dr. Sasha Hope is the Program Chair & Associate Professor in MHS Functional Nutrition at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Hope is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition with a background in Neuroscience & Psychology who has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years. She previously worked as a fitness trainer for the US Military and now practices integrative and functional healthcare in Boulder, CO. Dr. Sasha is a top practitioner for the management of vagus nerve dysfunction, nutrigenomics counseling, and the gut-brain connection. In her free time she enjoys art, hiking, and spending time with her family and dog.
Eric Smith, DC
Dr. Eric Smith is a seasoned chiropractor, business strategist, and health coach with over 14 years of experience in patient care and practice management. As the founder of a successful chiropractic practice in the Willis (Sears) Tower in downtown Chicago, he spent nearly a decade providing top-tier musculoskeletal care while simultaneously refining the business processes that drive a thriving practice. Dr. Smith’s passion for fitness extends beyond patient care—he competed as a bodybuilder for eight years while managing his practice, gaining firsthand experience in optimizing performance, recovery, and metabolic health. Today, he continues to share his knowledge by helping chiropractors implement successful processes, add revenue centers, and scale their businesses to reclaim their time without sacrificing patient outcomes. With a unique blend of clinical, business, and fitness expertise, Dr. Smith is dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals to elevate their practices while maintaining a commitment to health and wellness.
