This is only the registration for the 12 hours of continuing education credit. You must book into the Logan University cruise group to participate in the CE training.
FOR REGISTRATION AFTER THE DEADLINE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL LATE FEE OF $200.00.

Approval will not be requested for California.
Additional states will be added for approval as individuals from those states register. We apologize, but California will not be included.
If your state is not listed above, please reach out to traci.yoder@logan.edu on adding your state for approval.
Attendees are advised to check with their boards to ensure this is in accordance with state rules and regulations.
Approval of this course is not an acknowledgement or ruling by the Board that the methods taught in this course are recognized and approved by the Board as the appropriate practice of chiropractic as defined in 331.010, RSMo.
